New World of Warcraft Patch 9.2 PTR Features
Patch 9.2 Eternity's End includes the last Shadowlands raid. After defeating 10 bosses, players will finally come face to face with Zovaal, the Jailer. The Sepulcher of the First Ones raid is currently on the PTR so players can practice their fighting strategies and also uncover bugs and issues. The latest PTR update adds a few more raid bosses on mythic difficulty. Players are invited to test the encounters against five bosses. These are Dausegne, Xy'Mox, Fallen Oracle, Insatiable Ravener, and Skolex. The first part of the raid for LFR is available as well. Another update regards the Shards of Domination. These won't work in the new zone, raid, dungeon, and PvP. Players can still use them in other areas of the current expansion, such as the Maw and Torghast. Patch 9.2 splits the mega-dungeon Tazavesh into two parts. The dungeons will be available on heroic and mythic difficulties. These are already available on the PTR. Changes to Warlock and Demon Hunter class sets have made their way onto the PTR as well. Players are encouraged to test them and share their opinions on the development forums. Another recent PTR update sheds light on the flying system in Zereth Mortis. The requirements have been revealed. Players will need to research four talents and obtain the Cyphers of the First Ones achievement to be able to make use of their flying mounts. This will take at least 15 days. We also have some news from the Classic front. The next Burning Crusade Classic content update arrives this week. The update includes the Hyjal and Black Temple raids. The WoW player base is hyped about a recent discovery made by WoWHead data miners. They have found files and assets pointing to a possible Deluxe bundle for the next expansion.
